Educationpatra, Kathmandu. The Examination Control Office of the National Examination Board has granted permission to 19 institutions to publish the results of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) for Class 10.
These institutions will make the results available through various platforms such as websites, SMS, and IVR. Out of the 19 institutions, 14 will provide the results via their websites, while 5 will offer the results through SMS and IVR.
This year, in collaboration with the board, several organizations including Nepal Telecom, NIC Asia Bank, IDU Sanjal, Kantipur Publications, The Connect Plus Pvt Ltd, and Khalti Pvt Ltd will provide the results through their websites. Additionally, Nepal Telecom, Janaki Technology Pvt Ltd, Easy Service Pvt Ltd, Aakash Tech Pvt Ltd, and five other organizations will facilitate result access through MMS and IVR.
According to the board, the preparations for result publication have reached the final stage, and the board is planning to announce the results by Friday. Exam Controller Vishnunarayan Shrestha stated that they are conducting thorough checks on the answer sheets, ensuring data accuracy, and intensifying preparations.
The results will be announced based on the old letter grading system, as this is the final year of studying according to the old syllabus. Exam Controller Shrestha clarified that the 2078 ‘Letter Grading Directory’ issued by the board will be used, where students scoring below 35 points in theory will receive a non-graded (NG) status, and no original certificates will be issued. Such students will not be eligible for enrollment in Class 11, as per the guidelines.
Despite the updated guidelines, the board has decided to announce the results for the previous year and the current year using the old grading method. The examination saw the participation of 85,396 students from all across the country, with exams conducted from 17th March to 29th.
